Hall Rental

Banquet Hall Rental Information


Room dimensions: 4,800 square feet with 10' x 30' stage
Capacity: 400
Hours: 11 a.m. - 1 a.m. on day of rental.  Renters will have access to room beginning at 11:00 a.m. on day of rental.  Renters must vacate the premises no later than 1:00 a.m. on evening of rental.
 
Rental Fees:
Up to 150 people    $750.00
151 - 300 people    $850.00
301-400 people      $950.00
 
Required Deposit: $500 to hold the date
*Deposit will be refunded if the hall is cleaned up that night and if there is no damage.  Please allow 1-2 weeks after your event for refund.
 
NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED
 
Set-Up and Clean Up: All set-up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
Catering: No requirements, food may be brought from home or your pre-arranged caterer
 
Included in the Rental Fee:

  • 35 Rectangular Tables - 6 foot (30" x 70")
  • 150 Chairs
  • Variable Lighting
  • Bar/Buffet Area
  • Kitchen Facilities (for food storage/staging only, not preparation)  *No Cooking or Baking is permitted on site.

  • Security Officer
