SPECIAL FEATURES:

o What's It Worth? - Attendees to this year’s Show will have the chance to find out the value of a special keepsake. The Show is excited to welcome back Dr. Lori, a nationally-renowned antiques appraiser. The syndicated columnist and television personality will appraise items in front of the live audience, helping attendees answer the question, “What’s it Worth?” Attendees are invited to bring one item per person per day to the Show for the chance to be part of the presentation and get a free appraisal. (www.drloriv.com) SHOW TIMES: Friday & Saturday at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.; and Sunday at noon and 4 p.m.

o Green Showcase – With Special Guest Steve Thomas- Going green is easy – especially with simple tips from the experts. On Thursday, March 8, the Tulsa Home & Garden Show is going green for one night only to highlight special energy-saving and efficiency tips for the home and garden. If you are thinking about ways to save money and add efficiency to your home – you will not want to miss this event, sponsored by the Green Building Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and featuring a special presentation by former This Old House host and nationally recognized and Emmy-award winning green expert, Steve Thomas. The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. (www.stevethomashome.com)

o Tulsa “Sand-marks” - The Greater Tulsa Home & Garden Show has been a Tulsa Tradition since 1949. This year, the Show will commemorate other Tulsa institutions by creating them out of sand! In the center of the Show, professional sand sculptors will create a replica of the iconic Tulsa Driller. The sculpture will be constructed during the Show, with completion scheduled for Sunday, March 11. In addition, several smaller sand sculptures of other Tulsa icons will be on display throughout the Show. (www.sandsculpting.com)
