Your membership here at the Tulsa HBA is a 3-in-1 membership, providing benefits both locally in Tulsa and at the state level through the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association (OkHBA), as well as nationally through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). NAHB Fights for our members on Capitol Hill. They work hard to defeat excessive regulations and to protect your business. Their advocacy efforts include educating policymakers and the administration, building successful coalitions, and mobilizing our grassroots on a range of issues.
Business Development
The Tulsa HBA hosts over 100 events annually, ranging from educational seminars and showroom tours to training sessions, member mixers, galas, and more. Members can become certified, stay certified, or earn designations without incurring costly travel expenses.
Savings
Our members receive discounts on products, insurance, and other services by participating in our local program, 'Do Business with a Member.' Our state association offers an incredible rebate program for members to take advantage of, along with discounts from our national partners, including Lowe's, Office Depot, UPS, Houzz, and more, at https://www.nahb.org/savings.
Our incredible Cobblestone Homes Event Center is available to members at a discounted rate for their own events, sales training sessions, and parties. Most of our members tell us they make their dues back in discounts alone by the end of the year - membership pays!
Give Back to Your Community
After 60 years of philanthropic activity in the community, the Tulsa HBA launched the HBA Charitable Foundation. The foundation now provides support and unlocks opportunities for charitable endeavors that advance housing & education initiatives. Our members give over $200,000 annually to philanthropic efforts that support housing and education in the Tulsa Community. We have partnered with over 30 organizations, including Tulsa Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, and have started three construction classes at three local high schools, among other initiatives.

Our builder members have access to hard copies and online versions of contracts and warranties through the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association.
