This change was effected to provide better coordination of the City's short-term and long-term planning efforts according to Mayor G.T. Bynum. At this seminar\, you will learn more about the roles and responsibilities associated with this recent merger as well as INCOG's role in regional land use development. \n\n\n\nWhile applications are still being accepted in-person at the Permit Center\, many builders are taking advantage of the City of Tulsa's Online Permitting Self-Service Portal. Portal instruction and more information about Development Services resources will be addressed. \n\nLast year\, City of Tulsa zoning code amendments that support and implement the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Subdivision and Developments Regulations went into effect. This included compliance with sidewalk regulations relating to section 5-070 of the Subdivision and Development Regulations and Section 70.080-B of the Zoning Code. Residential builders were also notified of a separate sidewalk/driveway permit requirement in accordance with city ordinance. Clarification about the sidewalk and driveway requirements will be addressed by city staff. \n\n\n\nMost importantly\, this will be an interactive opportunity for builders and developers to ask questions and for their questions to be answered.
