Homebuilding across the Tulsa area remains steady as we move into the final quarter of 2025.
266 new homes were started in October, bringing the year-to-date total to 2,851 across the region.
Broken Arrow (554) and Bixby (423) continue to lead the way, while Wagoner County (336) and Rogers County (182) show strong activity across surrounding communities.
Tulsa County remains a core growth area, recording 279 starts year-to-date.
While monthly numbers have softened compared to 2024’s record-setting pace, local builders continue to see consistent demand and balanced production throughout the metro.
