Dream Home, Real Community: What the Tulsa Parade of Homes is Really About

June 3, 2026

Every June, something quietly remarkable happens across the Tulsa metro.

Families pile into the car on a Sunday afternoon with no real agenda — just curiosity. They walk through front doors they don't own, run their hands along countertops they're imagining in their own kitchen someday, and let themselves dream a little. No pressure. No appointment. No cost.

That's the Parade of Homes. And if you've never been, you're missing one of Tulsa's best-kept community traditions.

It's Not a Sales Event. It's an Experience.

Yes, these homes are for sale. Yes, builders are there to answer questions. But the Parade has always been something more than a transaction. It's where first-time buyers get their first real look at what's possible. Where growing families figure out they need one more bedroom. Where empty nesters finally let themselves consider a fresh start in a neighborhood they've never explored.

Over 100 homes. Seven subdivisions. Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and beyond. Free admission, every single day, June 13–21.

The People Who Build Tulsa

Behind every home in the Parade is a local builder — more than 40 of them this year. These aren't faceless corporations. They're Tulsa-area businesses, employing local craftspeople, sourcing local suppliers, and investing in neighborhoods where their own families often live.

When you walk through a Parade home, you're seeing the work of your neighbors.

Don't Miss the Twilight Tours

This year, four subdivisions are hosting special Twilight Tour Nights — extended evening hours from 6 to 9 p.m., with food, giveaways, and a much more comfortable way to tour homes in June. There's something about wandering a new neighborhood at dusk, lights glowing through the windows, that makes the whole thing feel less like house hunting and more like possibility.

Twilight Tour dates: June 15 (Pine Ridge, Jenks), June 16 (Forest Ridge, Broken Arrow), June 18 (The Reserve at Southern Woods, Jenks), and June 19 (Stone Canyon, Owasso).
