Home builders are responsible for overseeing everything from lot acquisition and excavation to quality control of the finished materials used in a residential construction project, in addition to code compliance.  A clear understanding of the intent of the code and the procedures for applying them are critical factors in successful project completion.

CLICK HERE to download the registration flier/form.  Additional Quality Construction classes are being scheduled in Fall 2019 to enhance builders and contractors' professional knowledge and which meet the continuing education requirements of the City of Tulsa's Professional Residential Builder program, the Oklahoma Home Builders Association's Certified Professional Builder program, and NAHB's Designation program.

Builders, realtors, and appraisers rarely have the opportunity to meet and address residential appraisals, particularly for energy efficient homes.  This FREE seminar presented by PSO and Oklahoma Home Builders Association provides that forum for residential professionals.

Taught by industry expert Sandra Adomatis, SRA, LEED Green Professional, NAR Green Designee, this seminar addresses the green and energy-efficient labels for residential homes.  Key course components include the principles, practices, and components that distinguish energy efficient homes from conventional buildings.
