Developers Council:

The City of Tulsa has adopted a third-party plan review and inspection program proving the conditions, procedures, and standards for same, as well as program compliance and enforcement.

Yuen Ho, City Tulsa Development Services Director, will brief HBA members and guests about the particulars of this program which developers and builders may use when a project timeline and budget demands.
