The Tulsa Preservation Commission (TPC) administers the City of Tulsa's historic preservation programs. Commission members and staff strive to assist residents and property owners, neighborhood associations, and other City departments in their efforts to safeguard Tulsa's cultural landmarks and architectural treasures that enhance our community's quality of life.
TPC member, Peter Grant, and Tulsa Planning Office's Historic Preservation Officer, Jed Porter, will present information regarding Tulsa's historic neighborhoods and resources, and identify the statutory requirements (permitting and zoning) and preservation guidelines (standards) that must be approved before projects may proceed in Tulsa's historic districts.
Regardless of whether your remodeling/renovation projects are historic or not, this is a MUST attend presentation for HBA Builders, Remodelers, and their subcontractors!
Attendees will earn one (1) HSW CEU applicable to local, state, and national licensure or registration.
