Imperial’s story began in 1979 with one employee having 30,000 a year in coffee sales . Imperial was a coffee service until 1992 when they decided to change their business model and add full line vending. In 1994 Imperial added corporate dining and catering. Imperial now has 650 employees operating in 4 states with 100 million in sales. Paul Tims, the founder, will try to bring some business lessons as well as some life lessons that he has learned along the way.
