HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF GREATER TULSA ANNOUNCES
PARADE OF HOMES JUNE 17-25, 2023

Free event to showcase over 100 homes, in 13 cities from over 50 local builders

Tulsa, Okla. – The 2023 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes, June 17-25, is the perfect opportunity to discover all that Tulsa area homes have to offer. View the latest trends and speak directly to the area’s top builders during this unique, free event that showcases the best in new home building.

During the Parade of Homes, 106 new homes ranging in price from $150,000 to more than $1,000,000 will be open daily from 1 to 7 p.m., rain or shine. Admission is FREE! The Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa presents the annual event sponsored by Arvest Bank and Samsung. Homes are spread throughout 13 cities in Bixby, Broken Arrow, Claremore, Collinsville, Coweta, Glenpool, Jenks, Kellyville, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Sperry and Tulsa.

More than 50 local building companies are participating in the event, which provides buyers the largest and broadest showcase of new homes and building trends.  Buyers can explore hundreds of floor plans to view the latest innovations in everything from technology to energy efficiency and home decorating ideas.  In addition, all featured builders are members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, meaning they are experienced, insured, and ethical professionals.

"The Parade continues to be the best time of the year for Tulsans to physically walk through the latest and greatest in new home construction,” said Travis Butler, a local builder and chairman of the 2023 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes. “New communities are created every year across the city with new styles and home trends to decide what you like for your family. Whether you are an active buyer right now or in a few years, it's exciting to see the growth and incredible displays by each builder year after year!”

In addition to homes, the parade will highlight four featured subdivisions, showcasing the trends in Greater Tulsa amenities. Attendees can also enjoy extended weekday hours at four of the featured subdivisions with special activities such as giveaways, food and more from 6-9 p.m. This year’s Parade Chairman, Travis Butler, stated, “The Twilight Tours are a great time to view these homes after hours if your schedule is hectic.” These four featured nights are Tuesday, June 20 at Forest Ridge, Wednesday, June 21 at The Estates at Conrad Village, Thursday, June 22 at Hyde Park and Friday, June 23 at Stone Canyon.

The Official Guide for the 2023 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes will be available Friday, June 16 at Tulsa area QuikTrip locations for the duration of the event. The Guide contains home descriptions, floor plan information and a map to all the home sites.  A digital copy of the guide can be found at TulsaHBA.com. In addition, you can also download the Tulsa HBA Parade of Homes App. The app includes everything in the printed tour guide, including floor plans, elevations, buyer’s guide, and builder information.
