Martica Smith is a Bilingual Realtor® with Century 21 First Choice Realty, born in Havana, Cuba. With a diverse entrepreneurial background, she owned a Waterobics and Personal Training business  in Pretoria, South Africa, during her 37-year residency. In 2006, Martica returned to Tulsa, where she rebuilt her personal training venture from the ground up. Following her mother's passing, she transitioned to a career in real estate. Her introduction to the HBA at a Hispanic event sparked a desire to engage with the diverse communities it serves.
